I love coffee, good and strong. But in april during my holiday in Berlin I had like a cold withdrawal because they have (sorry!) really bad and thin coffee. During the sommer I drank less and after an other coffee disaster in London I‘m drinking tea now since september. I don’t know why, my body just said: I want tea. Don’t know how long this goes, but I have time now, no thoughts about the next coffee shot. But my problem, newest problem is now: they all have such bad teas…….
Yes, these crumbled ones without the jacket who swims like an invasion of krill avoiding the fishing nets. Mostly they taste good, but light turns dark when you have the honor of an old scampi from 2001……
You may have been trying with the wrong tea. I find Chamomile VILE! My old man tried to force me to drink some when I was a kid suffering from a cold. Much to his frustration and anger, I refused his once-in-a-blue moon attempt at good parenting after the first sip of that NASTY brew.
In truth, you actually CAN have chaos with your tea by choosing Moroccan Mint and using fresh spearmint and sugar cubes. I swear, the first sip will transport you to a morning in a Bogart movie! It's that, or to your local emergency department for treatment of high blood glucose from the sugar cubes. Either way, it's a win for chaos, right?
I learned TM back in the early 70s and I still remember my mantra. But meditating cascades into multiple competing inner conversations and a sort of fugue state. I have found like you that it's better to remain in the now and stay sharp. Otherwise, triaging is impossible. Becomes inertia. Any of this make sense ... ? haha! I love your stuff, every day I find new things to think about, however briefly.
Are these Good Vibrations? Or are you just shaking? Are you pretending you're not having a seizure?
Should we worry
jingle jangle!
go untangle...
this poem. I started out okay. Now I'm not mindful
anymore.
Definitely not having a seizure 😂
Have a not nervous, not shaky, not earthquakey

Life is always sending us these imperfections 😂
Well I‘m really fast to switch the tea bags now at the restaurant just like a witch. But I‘m struggling with the open one….
You mean tea leaves not bags?

I think tea leaves taste better, but a tea strainer deals with that problem though
🤣🤣
