I just finished mine at 4:30, which means that — luckily — I'm quite resilient on coffee; I was nervous, went out to get something delicious from the bakery and some 2k steps in, colouring my senses by looking at those fancy autumn leaves. Now less nervous.

I also can have a little espresso after dinner, to then sleep like a bear, or not, but if so, for another reason.

I guess caffeine affects people differently 🙂

Honestly used to drink coffee right before bed and then sleep like the dead. Those days are gone. 😕

you wanna talk about drawing your reader in...well you made this reader glance at his clock with an anxiety I didn't understand. I certainly don't have that rule but I think you just scared me into it. (1:27pm ET and I'm headed to brew a pot)

Gotta be a plus if it encourages you to make coffee 😂

I never touched coffee or tea when in college.

I hated beverages and would survive on juice.

Coffee came into my life little later when I was at work.

The work pressure pushed me towards the coffee pot .

I tasted it for the first time , threw up ,went back to it like fish to water ...

I don't overdrink or underdrink now and learnt to stop having it after 3 pm ..

I lose sleep if I drink it after 3 or 4pm..

Really, coffee is very addictive and it takes a strong mind to stay away from it.

Wow you threw up and then liked it. I remember eating too many chocolate bars of a certain kind, that made throw up. Could never eat one for years after 😂
